There is a shared free parking lot with the other businesses in the same complex.

First impressions, fair sized restaurant. Lots of booth style seating and an area where it can accommodate a large group.  They have a tv showing sports.

    Ordered:
    The Sizzling Set C + C
Cutlet Sole with Tarter Sauce - big piece of fish fried nice and crispy, tarter sauce is not bad.

Short Ribs with Black Pepper Sauce - very tasty and tender.

added Deep Fried Chicken Wings - I don't recommend, not because of the taste but just the fact you only get 3 wings for the price.

Service was good, even tho we came in around 10pm.  Food came out pretty quick.

    Overall Experience:
    Service - 8/10
    Cleanliness - 7/10
    Food - 7/10
    Value - 6.9/10
    Parking - 9/10

Who in their right mind spends $75 at a HK style cafe?! This is daylight robbery! I mean their food isn't bad per se. To be honest, their soup with puff pastry is pretty good. But from the way I ordered my food, I'm sure Mr.Server knew I don't usually hang at this type of joints (probably my zero to first time). Got the combo which included soup etc and my friend asked if the options included the seafood soup with puff pastry. He said yes and we switched over from our borcht.

When our bill came, there was an extra $15 for the soup. That's equivalent to one meal. We inquired about the situation and the lady told us it's written big and bold on the menu, did you not read when you ordered? We told her the server told us it was included and she fired back with "You can't ask in this restaurant. Whatever he says doesn't count. It's all written in black and white." If human interaction is so limited and questions can't be asked, why not setup an automated screen and I'll order from that. I'll even pick up my food when it's ready. Then we can skip the service fee all together!

I didn't expect stellar service or food. Just wanted a cheap meal. I should have just dished out at a restaurant with better quality and NORMAL customer service.

Service is POOR. Heard customers from the table next to me saying the waitress complaining their tips were too little.

Waiters and waitresses there are all "pretending" they did not see you when you are calling for services.

I had high hopes for this place walking in. I did not look at reviews before hand and took a blind faith, especially since the menu was extensive with Canadian and HK style comfort foods. First of all the customer service was very very rude and brash. I had just sat down and it took me at least 3 minutes to order. Not even 30 seconds after I sat down the waitress was upset 'cause I didn't know what I wanted. I hadn't even opened the menu at that point. Secondly be careful of the billing cause they tried to sneak on some extra charges without discussion for your meal and the prices end up being more $$$ than other places 'cause they con people. Luckily I look at my receipt so that I was able to identify the charges. I paid by cash. I left the money on the table, however, did not pay the extra charges and walked away under paying my bill. I don't do this often, however, I paid what was advertised on the menu. I don't expect good service with HK style cafes in the area as this seems to be the cultural norm when you're not of that culture but there was a few things that baffled me about the customer service from being rude when I sat down when ordering and the sneaking of the overcharging. I waited for 45 minutes for my meal which was awful. I ordered a seafood with garlic sauce and fish. There was more sauce than noodles. My noodles were drowning in sauce and not in the good way. No ratio knowledge and there was only two pieces of fish. It was just too much sauce that I couldn't finish it.

    What a disappointment...!!!
We ordered a Hanian Chicken Leg on rice, they charge $1.00 more for the chicken leg which was fine but we got about 2 table spoons of chicken meat after we took off the skin and bone from the whole "chicken leg".
Also ordered a lobster and mushroom spaghetti, I know lobster is not cheap but imitation crab meat doesn't equal lobster meat....!!!
My husband was completely underwhelmed by the Thai Fried Rice....!!!
